Individual, Couple Therapy and Supervision:
In AG Psychology Centre we specialise in improving your mental health and interpersonal relationships. We place great importance on person-centred care approach, so we make sure we work as a team based on your psychological needs. We make sure that you have tools and home tasks to do in-between sessions, so you feel that it is a good investment to achieve your growth.
Therapy is not a quick fix; we need to trust the process. However, the usual therapy journey could be as follows:
- +Initial Discussion
20 minute telephone or online free initial consultation.
- +Additional Wellbeing Questions
If we agree on working together, we will ask you for additional wellbeing questions to compare your psychological change before therapy (carried out by an assistant psychologist or Dr Azu). We meet via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, FaceTime, Cloud EMDR or Skype for a 60-minute session.
- +Therapy Sessions & Goals
We recommend a minimum of six sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis. During the therapy we will agree together on your therapy goals, formulation of your difficulties and best evidence-based psychological model to help you feel better.
- +More Sessions if needed
We can discuss if more sessions are needed to meet your therapy goals.
- +Self-care Plan & Review
At the end of the therapy, we work on a self-care plan and review the tools and strategies learnt to cope with day-to-day life. We will apply a post-therapy wellbeing questionnaire for you to evaluate your own progress and psychological change.
- +Sessions are £120 per individual, £220 per couple.
